The foundation of Mehra Brothers dates back to 1971, when the family laid the groundwork for a business centered around textiles. With a vision for quality and craftsmanship, the journey began in the post-independence era, driven by passion and an entrepreneurial spirit.
In 1990, the business formally took shape as Mehra Brothers, establishing itself as a key player in the garment and textile industry. With a growing reputation for reliability and premium fabric sourcing, the company set the stage for expansion into manufacturing.
Recognizing the increasing demand for high-quality textiles, Nargis Textiles was launched in 2003 as a part of the Mehra Brothers group. This marked a significant step forward in broadening the company’s reach and strengthening its presence in the fabric supply sector.
After years of expertise in textiles, Mehra Brothers took a major leap by establishing its own manufacturing unit in 2015. This move allowed the company to transition from fabric supply to producing high-quality garments, ensuring full control over design, quality, and production.
With a vision to cater to modern menswear, Mehra Brothers introduced Yes! Bro in 2016—a brand designed for style, comfort, and versatility. Specializing in polos, round-neck t-shirts, sleeveless t-shirts, all-weather jackets, shorts, track pants, pyjamas, and nightwear, Yes! Bro quickly became a recognizable name in the industry.

Understanding the need for high-quality kidswear, Mehra Brothers entered the segment in 2019, offering premium topwear and bottomwear for children. The brand’s emphasis on soft, durable, and stylish fabrics ensured quick success in this category.
In 2024, Mehra Brothers achieved another milestone with the establishment of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dankuni. This facility significantly enhances production capacity, streamlines operations, and reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering excellence at scale.
